My wife and I had wonderful experience at this pharmacy. The staff were very pleasant and Janki  the pharmacist was brilliant and explained everything to us.She advised what was right for the customer.Very professional approach and very courteous. Super service at Brother's pharmacy today. Polite and professional We were unable to get a vaccination for up coming holiday at our own surgery, until a week into our holiday. The pharmacy fitted us in the next day. My wife and I are travelling to South America and thought we needed yellow fever vaccine. We booked an appointment and a kind young lady saw us. She first asked about the trip and checked on computer. She explained to us we did not need the vaccine. She explained other aspects of health safety that we needed to be aware of while are in the countries we were visiting. No pressure selling just honest advice for nothing. We’ve been struggling to find a pharmacy who could give us a rabies booster vaccination for our upcoming holiday. We’d tried our local large high street chemist who to be honest was no help at all across 4 separate branches. So we Googled and Brothers Pharmacy came up as our nearest option. A quick phone call and we were booked in with no hassle. Had our jabs today. Excellent service, lovely friendly helpful staff and painless experience all around at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this pharmacy. They are so supportive and offer great customer service with there travel vaccines. A big thank you to Janki, who was so helpful and patient and answered all my questions for my vaccine!
